Women Community
The Building People Women Community was formed in spring 2020.
The aim of the Community is to bring together women-focused organisations and initiatives to amplify voices, develop a coordinated approach to the skills/diversity/social value challenges, and to create and maximise a pipeline of interest between women and the many career opportunities available across the built environment.
